Characteristics:

Compulsory Public Liability
Supplementary Public liability up to 50,000,000 euros.
If your vehicle is a saloon car we cover:
- PL of the objects transported
- PL of the vehicle occupants
- PL of the trailer or caravan with a maximum authorised weight of less than 750 kg.
- PL for driving the vehicle by a child under age without consent (up to 120,000 euros)
- PL for the occasional driving of another vehicle which lacks compulsory insurance and the insured does not know this

Defence and claim for damages
- Unlimited with the Company's juridical services
- Free choice of lawyer and solicitor up to 12,000 euros
- In the event of legally declared insolvency of convicted party, we guarantee the payment of damages of the vehicle (up to 1200 euros)
- Extensive guarantee for accidents of the insured as a passenger of any public or private vehicle

Drivers accidents
- 1 year's unlimited pharmaceutical medical assistance
- Complementary expenses of pharmaceutical medical assistance (limit 600 euros)
- In the event of invalidity, complementary indemnification for orthopaedic prosthesis (up to 600 euros)

Travel assistance
- Towing in the event of breakdown or accident from the place of immobilisation to the insured's home or to repair workshop
- Assistance to the Insured although not with the vehicle

Breakage of windows
- 100% of replacement value and placement work

Theft
- Complete theft of vehicle: 100% of the new value is guaranteed for the first two years from registration, both for saloon cars and vans. In any other case 100 % of market value is guaranteed.
- Removal of accessories: 100% of new value
- Damage produced during theft: 100% new value

Own damage and fire
- 100% of new value for the first two years from registration, both for saloon cars and vans. In any other case 100 % of commercial value is guaranteed.

Extension of guarantees:
- Damages to the vehicle are covered as a consequence of hailstones, snow, floods, falling aircraft or spacecraft as well as sound waves (in claims which do not go through insurance pool).

Subsidy for temporary banning from driving
- Up to 24 months
- Public Liability for the load
